No, USB Prism Strip Lights are not compatible with the GTR Carbon Series 1 but are with the GTR Series 1 Bamboo board. 

The Series 1 Carbon GTR does not have USB ports, but the Bamboo GTR Series 1 does have, so there’s no way to power the lights directly from the board.

If you’re looking to add Prism Strip Lights, you’ll need a GTR Carbon Series 2, as these include built-in ports specifically for that purpose.
