During the Phaze remote reset/calibration process, the remote shuts offUpdated 16 days ago
If your Phaze remote powers off during the reset or calibration process, it’s likely due to an internal fault. This is the same issue we see with remotes that get stuck in trigger calibration and don’t progress — the internal mechanism is no longer functioning as it should.
Unfortunately, this can’t be resolved at home and the remote will need to be sent in for assessment and repair.
To get this sorted, please fill out a Warranty Assessment Form (WAF), and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Let us know your board model and roughly when the remote was purchased, and we’ll take it from there.
