📦 How to Send Your Board to Us for RepairUpdated 17 days ago

If your board needs further diagnosis or repair, here’s how to send it in safely and correctly.

Step 1: Fill in the Return Form

Start by completing our Work Authorisation & Return Form. Use your full name as the reference.

Please pay close attention to the pre-authorised repair section — agreeing to this will help speed up your turnaround time. It lets our techs begin work (up to your selected value) without needing to contact you first.

Step 2: Keep Your Board Fully Assembled

No need to disassemble anything. Please send the board complete with trucks, wheels, and motor controller. Just make sure it’s ready to ride — we’ll take care of the rest.

Step 3: Use a Sturdy Box

Because of the lithium battery, your board must be shipped in a box. If you no longer have the original packaging, stores like Officeworks or Storage King typically have suitable options.

Step 4: Know the Service Fees

If the repair isn’t covered by warranty:

    •    Boards or large parts: $75 labour + return shipping

    •    Shipping is a minimum of $55 if a battery is included

    •    Minimum of $20 if there’s no battery

    •    Small parts (e.g. remotes): $39.25 total

    •    $31.25 labour + $8 shipping

If your issue falls under warranty, the assessment fee doesn’t apply.

Step 5: What Happens Next

Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning your board. Our tech team will be in touch once your board is checked in.
