If your board powers on and the main LED light shows a solid purple colour, it usually indicates a hardware fault, most commonly on one of these models:

• Hadean Bamboo or Carbon

• Diablo Bamboo or Carbon

• Renegade or Renegade Diablo

Unfortunately, if you’re seeing this light:

• The board won’t pair with the remote

• Rebooting or reseating cables won’t fix it

• The issue requires a physical repair by our technicians

What to do:

Please stop trying to pair or ride the board — this won’t resolve the issue. Our tech team will be in touch shortly to guide you through the next steps, including how to send your board in for service.
